What is G-DESIGNERS?
We are a creative apparel and lifestyle brand designing uniquely bold, minimalist fashion and visual art. Every item is crafted with passion and intention — our clothing is designed in-house, and our posters are produced using premium materials through trusted partners.
We’re not just a brand — we’re a community of creatives passionate about quality, design, and expression.
Do you make your own products?
Yes. All our apparel is custom-designed by us and printed by production partners we trust. Posters (like brushed aluminum prints) are also custom-made and fulfilled by professional suppliers with industry-grade quality.

Are your products made to order?
Yes. Every product is made specifically for you once you place your order. This allows us to avoid overproduction and maintain our commitment to sustainability and quality.
How do I choose the right size?
We provide sizing charts for each product — be sure to review them before ordering. If you're unsure, email us and we’ll gladly help you choose the best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure checkout options displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel or update your order and issue a full refund.
🔹 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does shipping take?

Fulfillment: 2–5 business days

Shipping:
• Domestic (US/EU): 3–7 business days
• International: 5–20 business days
• Economy shipping (some regions): up to 30 days
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay customs fees on international orders?
Possibly. Customs/import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in your order and are the buyer’s responsibility.
🔹 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied or need to change a size, you may return the item.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We will gladly replace or refund any defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (and no later than 14 days), with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
My package is lost — what now?
If your package is missing or stuck in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries, but due to legal or logistical restrictions, we may be unable to ship to certain regions. If your location is unavailable, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
